Challenge

Beebe Had Open Roles, Outdated Data, and Budget Constraints

Beebe Healthcare had a growth problem — the good kind. With CEO Dr. David Tam's ambitious plan to ensure no Sussex County resident travels more than 20 minutes for care, the health system rapidly opened new facilities and acquired practices. As Beebe launched their first family medicine residency program with four residents and a new dedicated family practice clinic, they faced a growing need for nurses, respiratory therapists, advanced practice providers, and physicians.

But their existing recruiting tools weren't keeping pace with their expansion. Their recruiting platforms had evolved from a free, effective solution into an expensive collection of outdated candidate profiles — some candidates’ information was 10 years old.
